Don't Get Scammed Buying Breast ... (Review)

Below article is copy from RadioHealth.net which i find interesting and like to share with all ladies out there

Don't Get Scammed Buying Breast Enlargement Products Online

Read this special article before you consider buying breast gain products on the Internet

From the desk of Donna Schwartz (Senior Reviewer)

Sometimes we get interesting assignments at RadioHealth.net...this one is no exception. I was asked to find and test various products that guaranteed an increase in breast size naturally. My first reaction was 'yeah, right'. I was quite skeptical of all the claims that one could increase their breast size by a 'full cup in as little as 30 days' with no surgery and no prescription medication.

Today, as I write this, I'm practically in shock. Not only did I gain a full cup size, it actually took 33 days to achieve the desired result. BUT, it took me a long time and a lot of money to find the right breast enlargement product (I was the victim of several fakes and shady operations until I found the right companies and products).

Initially, because of an error in the address that I submitted when ordering, I was left with a credit card charge and no product and I was at the mercy of a fly-by-night fulfillment operation that didn't know the first thing about customer service. On another occasion, my order was lost (or so I was told) and I never heard from that company again (they've since been put out of business by the FTC). Through all my trials, I was able to conduct extensive research regarding the many companies that sell breast enhancement products online. Needless to say, when I finally gained a full cup size after finding the 'right' product, I was overjoyed and committed to sharing what I found with as many self conscious women as possible. My hope is that you will benefit from my experiences (my list of reputable breast enhancement products appears below).

First, a little background. Over the past 6 years I had actually considered and researched several options to increase my bust (including costly and dangerous surgery...which I thankfully ruled out). I'd spoken with a dozen companies and was looking for assurances that whatever product I chose would not lead to an increase in my overall body weight, or cause me to gain additional weight associated with a lot of herbal formulas on the market. Surprisingly, it was this assignment that led me to 'the holy grail'.

Actually, I'd been self conscious about my bust size since the 8th grade so, when asked to investigate, I immediately ordered several advertised 'magic' pills and tested them methodically. It didn't hurt that I had recently seen a report on natural breast enhancement on Dateline NBC and in USA Today in the same week. Honestly, I was willing to try anyting because, for years, I would wake up every day feeling bad about my breasts (And, yes, I had tried every padded and push-up bra on the market).

With the products that I successfully tested, what you'll notice right away is that you will not increase your overall body weight AND you'll feel better about yourself.

During my months of researching the breast enhancement market online and speaking with company representatives, I came across some very important information that everyone should know before purchasing breast enhancement pills on the Internet.

When you select your breast enlargement product, choose one that has at least 12 all-natural ingredients that are rich in estrogen and human growth hormone stimulation (from plant sources called phytoestrogens; these natural estrogenic compounds help to promote the growth of healthy breast tissue). Don't be fooled by substitute products that claim to be like the products listed below -- many may only contain two to five of the necessary ingredients for guaranteed breast tissue growth.

The products we recommend are the original leaders in this category with nearly 8 years of successful use and a combined 160,000 satisfied customers worldwide.

IMPORTANT: because of the growing awareness and popularity of these miracle herbs, rip-off products that contain very little or no authentic phytoestrogens in them have flooded the marketplace. So.......

Before choosing a breast enhancement product, make sure to ask how long the company has been in business and how many successful cases the product has produced. No products have been more successful in stimulating the growth of breast tissue than those recommended below. Also, insist on no Ephedra, no Ma Huang, and no Ephedrine. And, by all means, do not settle for any company that does not provide discreet shipping and billing worldwide.

Finally, when deciding which products to recommend on RadioHealth.net, we always ask 2 questions:

1. Does the product have a successful track record? (has it worked for us AND are there documented consumer success stories?)

2. Does it come with an iron clad MONEY BACK GUARANTEE and/or free samples?

I'm happy to say that each of the products below passes our test.

All the best.

Signed,

Donna Schwartz

Making the Decision to Move to Atlanta

The decision to settle in a new city, town, or state is very difficult to make. Not only is it a hassle to pack and haul all your things to a new territory, but it is also quite inconvenient to prepare for the move. However, if you have the right reasons to transfer to a place then it is a choice you have to make. To prepare yourself to relocate, you should first learn as much as you can about the place in which you are about to move.

Making the decision to move to Atlanta can be easier than you would have imagined. This unique city in the southern state of Georgia has its own charms and appeal that make its residents love it so much. Much of the renowned Southern hospitality is still very alive in this city, despite the hustle and bustle that drives its population nowadays. This place has a good mix of excitement and coziness that makes the decision to move quite easy. Perhaps this is why a lot people refer to Atlanta as the city that is too busy for you to hate.

A major factor that entices a lot of people to move to Atlanta is that it is teeming with commercial life. The city boasts of housing among the United States? and the world?s leaders in the corporate community. Here, well-known giants have planted their headquarters. The likes of UPS, Mindspring, CNN, Delta Airlines, Southern Companies, Russell Construction, and perhaps the most famous beverage company, Coca-Cola, find solace in this commercial hub. Atlanta is also the hub for the big companies of the future as it is where many young technology, communications, and designs companies are based. This is why many people who were just visiting the city suddenly make the decision to stay permanently.

Atlanta is a cozy city that sprawls for only about 131 square miles. However, it houses more than 3.5 million people quite comfortably with various types of homes available for every need. All types of houses are available from townhouses, single-family houses to duplexes, condos and sprawling mansions. Buying a home is relatively affordable with prices starting from under $100,000. You really can get alot of house for the money.

Going to and from Atlanta is quite convenient. This relatively small city houses the Hartsfield International Airport, which is the second busiest airport in the USA. While traffic can be a hassle in the city, one can easily take advantage of MARTA, the clean and safe rapid-rail system that is conveniently integrated with bus routes that are quite efficient.

The entertainment scene is very much alive in Atlanta. Whatever type of music that moves you can be found here, whether it is jazz, rock, R&B, rap, pop, or Latin. The city also houses fabulous entertainment hubs such as the Fox Theater, the Roxy, and the Tabernacle. You might also want to see the renowned Ballethnic Dance Company and the Jomandi Productions, which are established companies. Sports fans may also be excited to see the Hawks, Falcons, Braves, and Thrashers in action, or any of the other major sporting events hosted by the city.

The best part about moving to Atlanta is that you are sure to live in a friendly and exciting place. You can easily walk around and say hi to every person you meet on the street without getting any awkward stares you might experience in other great cities. Atlanta can sure be a home to anyone and this can make the decision to move here the best choice you would make for your entire life.

All About Infant Car Seat Covers

If you have a baby car seat for a baby, you could need a baby infant seat cover. These covers cover the inside of your baby's infant car seat.

Don't skimp when it comes baby car seat safety as it could cost you a lot of aggravation not to mention your babies well being.

The information on seat covers is constantly changing and this information is the latest we have been able to research and bring to you. But do your own research on the Internet as car seats and seat covers are constantly changing and improving.

If you have a baby car seat for a infant, you may need a cover. These covers that cover the inside of your baby's seat are wonderful. You can protect the seat, and cushion the baby as well which supports the infants head adequately with these seat covers.

You could find covers that are for a boy or a girl and in hues that might match the seat as well. You will also find the car seat covers in neutral colors where you haven't determined the sex yet.

For new infant seat covers are practically a requirement. This is because the seat cover assist in securing your new baby's head in place, and help keep it's head from flopping, or even striking the side of the seat.

Seat covers are great for safe guarding the lining of the infant seat too. They help protect from spilled liquids, and leaky diapers, and other spills that are bound to happen when you have a infant.

You will find that infant car seat covers can make a excellent infant shower gift. If you are going to a baby shower, this is a must have item for any new mother-to-be. All baby car seats should have covers to protect the baby's head and the seat and if you don't know what sex the mother-to-be is having, you can get a few in various shades of pink or blue so that the mother can return them. If you're unsure of whether the mother to be is having a boy or a girl, a neutral color would work also.

The bottom line is, you can purchase an infant seat cover as a gift or as a necessity. All new mother-to-be's should have 1 or 2, so that when mother is wiping up one, you will have an extra one for use in case of an accident.

Good News for Owners Sale of New Homes Down but Existing Home Sales in Good Shape

Over the past months, we have all been inundated with projections on the housing market bubble ? Will it burst? It is going to burst soon, be prepared! Sell Now! Buy Now! And the forecast differs depending upon the television channel you are listening to or the media article you are reading.

According to James Cooper of BusinessWeek magazine, the numbers point to a gradual slowdown of the market ? not a sudden crash, as many have predicted. In his July 10, 2006, article, Cooper cites how different indicators for the housing market are up one week and down the next. Some homes for sale indicators decline, while others rise. Though it is difficult to accurately project the future of the housing market for the remainder of 2006, he is optimistic ? in spite of all the noise that changes the market outlook on a daily basis.

Compared to last year?s peak numbers, the housing market is in decline for both new and existing homes for sale and the growth rate of prices continue to slow. Yet, the expected drop in sales has not been as bad as predicted, and the market collapse forecast has not occurred. The progressive slowdown is expected, however, to continue through the remainder of 2006.

The area of the homes for sale market that has been hit the hardest is the new single-family homes and existing condominiums and co-ops. Existing single-family homes for sale have faired the best with only a gradual decline in prices.

New home sales have fallen off sharply in 2006 and have the most volatile market indicators that cause the chaotic forecasts. There have been some ups and downs since the first of this year; however, new home sales are down overall by 10.9 percent since the end of 2005. Currently, builders have large inventories of new homes for sale that are expected to create further declines in both sales, prices and new construction starts for the future.

In May of 2006, the number of new homes for sale was up nearly 24 percent from last year for the same period. Median prices of new homes for sale were up by 5.1 percent for the same period but now have slowed drastically. With the average time to sell a new home being almost six months, builders are offering incentives to buyers, including helping with the closing costs, and are more willing to lower prices in order to sell off their inventories.

Condos and co-ops sales were off by 6.7 percent during the first half of 2006. The number of such homes for sale on the market has soared in the past year, gutting the market and bringing down prices and sales. The number of unsold units are up 73 percent.

The good news is for existing homeowners with homes for sale. This market is currently in good shape with both sales and prices holding up better than the new homes for sale market. Such sales have declined in seven out of the past nine months, but median prices are up 8.2 percent over the same period in 2005. According to Cooper, homeowners are not as willing to lower their prices as are builders, preferring to leave their homes on the market in order to find buyers willing to meet their price.

The bad news for owners of homes for sale is the number of existing homes currently being put on the market. In May of 2006, the number of existing homes for sale rose to 3.6 million, that?s one million more than in May of 2005. This is sure to begin affecting the existing homes for sale market. Additionally, the Federal Reserve is expected to raise interest rates soon that will affect mortgage rates for buyers. Right now is the best time to sell your home as buyers race to lock in current mortgage rates before the Federal Reserve takes action.

The predicted housing bubble crash is not expected in the near future. Consumer confidence is up by one point in June of 2006, according to the Conference Board?s index on consumer confidence, weighing in at 105.7. With good buyer confidence in the homes for sale market, a solid economy, and good labor markets, owners with homes for sale are still at a competitive advantage for now.

Essentials For School Supply Shopping

Essentials For School Supply ShoppingSubmitted By: Amy Nutt

Shopping for school supplies can be exciting, but it is also rather confusing, particularly as your children get older and have more complicated needs. This article will provide you with the basics that you will need to have for your school aged children, but you should also ask for the supply list from the school they attend. The school supply list will have the specific list of supplies needed for each grade and often where you can buy each item, making school shopping much easier.

All students will need the following items:

Adhesives: This would include glue, glue sticks and tape. Find out which kinds are necessary before buying, since various school projects will require different types of adhesives.

Folders: Pocket folders work best as they make it pretty much impossible to lose the papers inside them. If your child is accident prone, get the plastic, waterproof kind.

Measuring instruments: A ruler is usually the necessity in this case. Older children may need to have triangular rulers as well as a compass for circles. There are great kits available that include everything necessary for measuring.

Paper: Notebooks, loose leaf and a binder or two to keep it all together will be necessary. Be sure to check with the school before buying ruled paper, since many teachers require different types for their classes. Younger children may also need construction paper.

Scissors: Get the child-safe ones for smaller children, pointed ones work well for older kids.

Writing instruments: Pens, pencils, and markers all fall into this category. Younger children should have fairly basic supplies, since they may have difficulties organizing super packs of markers or crayons. No. 2 pencils are best and older students will need ballpoint pens. Along with these, students will need erasers and pencil sharpeners.

Once your children reach high school, they will need more advanced school supplies, including the following:

Calculator: The type of calculator your child is allowed to use will depend on the teacher. Many require only simple calculators, so be sure to check before investing in a heavy duty one.

Combination locks: These are to safeguard lockers and are definitely necessary.

Index cards: Plain and ruled are good. Make sure you get standard size, since some school classes won't accept those that are larger or smaller.

While these are the most vital school supplies that will be required, you will want to expand a little on the list. It is difficult for children to stay organized, particularly in the lower grades when they have huge quantities of art supplies. To help your child stay tidy, you will want to get them a backpack and at least one box or pencil bag to keep art supplies in. A smaller box is ideal for storing all those markers and dozens of crayons, making it easier to find the item needed, while a larger one can work well to keep larger items in. An art apron can be very useful in protecting clothes, if the school doesn't provide one.

Shopping for school supplies is likely to turn into a great adventure and you should be sure to have a list with you, yours or one provided by the school, so you won't miss anything. Take full advantage of all the back to school sales and stock up for the year. For example, your little one will use at least 3 glue sticks during the year, so buy them all now at discounted prices and save money in the long run.

Above all, enjoy shopping for the supplies your children need for the school year. By being organized, you can ensure that it is a good experience for all involved.

12 Critical Steps to Buy the Right House

It is quite natural that you will want to make sure you find not only the best house for your money but also the best house for you and your lifestyle. This is extremely important today because purchasing the 'wrong' house could actually end up costing you significantly if you decide the house just doesn't suit your needs and you need to sell it within a short time after purchasing it. This is due to the current transition of the housing market and decline of home appreciation values. While home prices are still holding their own in many locales, you could find yourself trying to get rid of a home that has not maintained its market value or even appreciated during the short time you own it. Don't allow yourself to fall into this potential trap. Take the time to find a right home the first time.

Narrow the search parameters

The first step is to begin looking at factors that will influence your home buying decision and narrow down the parameters somewhat before you actually begin shopping around for your dream home.

When you begin looking for homes you will quickly discover there are almost literally hundreds of listings, particularly if you begin your search on the Internet. The wealth of information available can quickly leave you dazed and confused. To avoid making a costly mistake and possibly choosing a home that just isn't right for you, it is important to narrow down some of those options by taking into consideration the advantages and disadvantages of each.

Pre-approve for mortgage

Before you do any of that you need to first make sure all your financial information is in order. This not only helps you to determine exactly how much money you can spend on a home but also makes you a more attractive homebuyer to sellers. In the event you and another buyer want the same house, sellers are typically more likely to accept offers from buyers who have been pre-approved for their mortgage.

Decide on the neighborhood

If you haven't already done so, one of the first steps you should take is to decide on the neighborhood where you want to live. This is particularly important if you will be looking in a metropolitan area where there may be numerous suburbs and neighborhoods. Be sure to consider proximity to school and work as well as entertainment, shopping and worship centers.

Types of home

When it comes down to actually choosing a house, you can easily look at dozens of home before you find one that will suit your needs unless you consider beforehand the type of home that will best suit your needs. As you peruse the market, you will typically find numerous options available. Town homes, condos, single family homes, etc. Each type of home offers various advantages and disadvantages.

For example, if you prefer quieter residential living a single family home may suit your needs best. Be aware; however, that while single family homes offer more privacy and typically appreciate better than other housing options they also require more maintenance and are typically more expensive. Home buyers who enjoy a little or no maintenance lifestyle may find that a condo, co-op or townhome suits their needs better. The convenience of little maintenance comes at a price; however?while these options are less expensive than single family homes they are typically much noisier and offer very little privacy.

Interior Specification

Regardless of which option you choose, you will also need to give some considerations to interior specs, such as the number of bedrooms and baths you prefer as well as other considerations such as formal vs. informal living areas. Don't forget to also consider whether you prefer an attached or detached garage. Homes with attached garages are typically somewhat less expensive than homes with detached garages and offer a higher level of convenience, although they are often noisier.

Look for a real estate agent

Once you have made these decisions it is time to contact a real estate agent and get to work. Be aware that the amounts of time you spend looking for a home may well depend on the quality of the agent you choose. Be sure to look for an agent who really listen to your needs and focus on finding you a home that will meet your needs and not just earn them a higher commission.

Allow sufficient time

Make sure you are prepared before you actually start the home buying experience. Do not make the mistake of scheduling home tours on a day when you will be rushed for time. Allow sufficient time to really see the home as well as its surroundings.

Keep a notebook

Bring a notebook with you to make notes regarding the house while you tour it. It's also a good idea to bring along a digital camera so you can take some photos to help jog your memory of the home later on. This is especially important if you will be viewing a large number of homes.

Don't be fooled by home staging

Keep in mind that home staging is rising rapidly in popularity around the country today. More and more homes are being professionally staged to sell quickly. Don't let yourself be fooled by a great decorating job. Keep your priorities in mind and make sure the home really offers what you need.

Re-visit the house at different times

Be aware that homes and neighborhoods are often much different at night than they are during the day. Schedule a return trip on your home to drive through the neighborhood and make note of whether there is anything that might prove to be distracting, such as a barking dog, overly bright security light shining right in the master bedroom, nearby train tracks, etc.

Don't rush

Never allow yourself to feel pressured into making snap decisions just because someone else is looking at the same house or because interest rates are currently low. Making quick decisions can spell trouble and cause you to overlook elements of the home that might not actually suit you.

Follow up visit

After you have narrowed down your selections, phone your agent to request follow-up visits to your top choices. If you're having a difficult time in making a decision you may well find that a second visit reveals issues you hadn't noticed the first time you viewed the homes, making your choice much easier.

By making sure you have taken the time to address your needs and concerns up front and drafted a step by step plan, you will be in a better position to find the perfect house for your needs and lifestyle.

Online Real Estate Courses

Buying a home is a major decision because it involves choosing a place where you will live for a number of years. This decision also has major implications on your financial status because of the usually high cost of homes and the loan applications that accompany such purchases.

Due to the enormity of the decision of purchasing a piece of property, most buyers solicit the help of real estate agents. Real estate agents are persons licensed by the government of a certain jurisdiction to handle real estate sales. Usually, real estate agents are under the employ of real estate brokers who can be either individuals or companies that have overall responsibility for the actions of real estate agents. There are also instances when real estate agents use the services of real estate appraisers to help them determine the market value of a home that is put up for sale.

Getting a License

Given the delicate and complex nature of real estate transactions, it is important that buyers get the right information so that they are properly guided in their decisions. Real estate agents, brokers, and appraisers need to have an understanding of the market and the technical aspect of real estate. To be able to get a level of competence in real estate, these persons need to take courses on the different aspect of real estate and take a licensing exam so that they can be certified by the state as persons who can handle real estate transactions.

Traditionally, people who wish to become agents, brokers, and appraisers enroll in institutions that offer courses on real estate subjects and take the subsequent exams for licensing afterwards. However, it is now possible for people who to take these courses in the comfort of their own homes because online courses are available on the Internet.

Online Courses

A search on the Internet can lead to you to a large number of online schools that offer real estate courses. Under this set-up, students enroll online, receive their materials through e-mail and they take exams online. These online courses promise that taking these courses is the same as or even better than the traditional way because students do not have to deal with the problems of traveling and face to face communication with instructors. These courses also offer review lessons on how the students can improve their chances in the licensing exams given by the government. Apart from being more convenient, these online courses also offer potential agents more opportunities since real estate courses on the different states are also offered. Given this new development, people who wish to be agents can now also avail of the benefits that the Internet offers.

Shopping For A Used Car

When you're buying a used car, you're faced with a lot of decisions. You may not get what you pay for, and it's important to ensure that a car is in proper working order before you purchase it. In this article, we'll discuss some of the things that you should consider before you go ahead with a purchase of a used vehicle.

- Once you know the type of car that you are considering purchasing, check out what it's worth is with Kelley Blue Book. It is located online at http://www.kbb.org and it provides a basic idea of what any make and model of car is worth when it comes to purchasing new or used. Once you've got a basic idea of what the car's value is, it's important to properly inspect the vehicle you're considering.

- Consider the other costs associated with purchasing the car. If it's a sportscar, you may find yourself paying a premium when it comes to insurance. Check out how much it would cost to finance and insure the vehicle before jumping in to a purchasing decision.

- When it comes to inspecting the vehicle, you may want to purchased a used car history report. Available from such sites as www.carfax.com, these reports list in detail any work that has been done on the car. That can mean the difference when it comes to buying a new car, since any problems should be apparent through the report.

- When you are test driving the car, you should subject it to various tests. Be sure to check the brakes in both low and high-intensity braking situations, to ensure that they will hold up if an accident were to occur. Also, you should note how the car steers and the alignment. Check the undercarriage of the vehicle, as well as the engine and the body for any amount of rust. Be sure that the levels of fluids in the car are up to par, and check the engine for any troublesome smoke or odors after you test drive the car.

- If you decide that the car that you're considering is right for you, you may want to take it into a mechanic for a basic inspection. They can diagnose any problems that the vehicle may have that are not altogether obvious, which can save you a lot of money in the long run.

Time To Start Looking For A Maternity Swimsuit

Time To Start Looking For A Maternity SwimsuitSubmitted By: Amy Jarman

Swimsuit season is fast approaching and with Spring Break coming up many expecting moms may find themselves heading to some warm beaches for vacation destinations. Whether you are headed to sunny beach destination or just signing up for a water aerobics class, there is a good chance you will need a maternity swimsuit at some point in your pregnancy. There is also a good chance that you will not, and should not, try to fit into your pre-pregnancy swimsuit. Fortunately there are a lot of cute styles on the market to choose from in maternity swimwear. Here are a few ideas:

Halterkinis and Tankinis and are wonderful alternative to a solid one-piece or an all out bare all bikini (which most of us don?t have the guts to wear when expecting ? or otherwise!). The Halterkini and Tankini or some other word derivative with more or less the same meaning is a 2 piece suit with either an adjustable halter tie top or tank style straps and a belly skimming top. Bottoms are usually below the belly and sometimes have adjustable side ties ? which is good if your hips seem to be growing at the rate of your belly during your pregnancy! The Halter and Tankinis usually come in a wide variety of solids and patterns. Sometimes the bottoms are a solid with the top a pattern which gives a cute accent. Both of these styles of maternity swimwear allow you to be a bit flirtatious and stylish while not flashing a big pregnant belly to the world if that?s not your thing.

The Babydoll style is an even more modest yet fashionable style to choose from if you want full belly coverage and more bottom and hip coverage too. Prego Maternity Swimwear has both a Tank BabyDoll and Halter BabyDoll styles that come in a wide array of colors and patterns. Both of these styles provide maximum bust support and have high fitting bottoms that fully cover your belly and a dress style top that covers your bottom too without looking prudish.

If you are looking for flattering tummy coverage in a pool lounge maternity swimsuit, then the Strapless Mini is a good option. The mini comes in a variety of solids and patterns and often has a removable halter string for a little extra protection if you do decide to brave the waves or swim a few laps. The mini often gives more bottom coverage with the top and has separate bottoms.

If you do need a good solid one piece maternity swimsuit, The Prego Empire Tank gives amazing bust support and a real sports fit while still allowing plenty of belly stretch. If you are looking for a cute pattern in a one-piece, the Maternal America Halter Keyhole Swimsuit has come back this season in a super cute Turquoise pattern as well as in the bestselling black and brown solids. The Keyhole Swimsuit is an excellent hybrid of a fashion swimsuit with a flattering look which you can wear to swim.

Finally if you are brave enough and fit enough to wear a bikini when pregnant, you must invest in a maternity bikini because nothing else will fit completely right. Maternity bikinis have adjustable tie halters with a good amount of support and little extra room in the bust. The bottoms are stretchier than a non-pregnancy suit.

So whatever your maternity swimwear personality, there is a flattering style out there for you and probably in your choice of color or pattern. Most maternity swimsuits are made with plenty of spandex to take you through your entire pregnancy. Padded bras are usually preferable and add a little extra support for maternity swimwear, so check your online product descriptions or call the store if you are shopping online for your purchase. So, have fun in the sun and don?t wait until the last minute to find your perfect suit.

An Overview of Baby Car Seat Laws

Keeping your little angel safe is a bit easier when you know what to do.

It is known that car accidents are the #1 cause of death in children under the age of 14 years old. That information alone should make any parent want to learn as much as possible about keeping their baby safe.

First of all, it is very important to have your infant in a rear-facing car seat for as long as possible. Most rear-facing car seats can be found to hold up to 35 lbs. The absolute minimum is suggested to be when the baby reaches 1 year and 20 lbs. A lot of parents get that information confused and think it's one or the other. You may not like the fact that as they get older their legs will bend at the knee in order to sit in the rear-facing car seat. However, I would prefer a little possible discomfort for the baby to possibly losing my sweet one because I turned the car seat a little too soon.

For any who wonder why a rear-facing car seat is so much better than front facing. Well, if we could drive facing the rear, we would be a bit safer too! However, I think at that point we would have more crashes and it would defeat the purpose. It helps prevent spinal cord injury, snapping of the head and neck and other possible things that a crash would cause a body to do.

Some time or another you will absolutely have to face your baby to the front. Do it when you really have no choice. Your baby should ride in the front-facing car seat until absolutely necessary to change to a booster. Most front-facing car seats have a weight limit of 40 lbs. The safest car seats are the ones that have the 5-point harness. This is very important to keep your baby safe.

When your child has reached the car seat limit, safety is still the number one issue. Please be sure to find a booster that will allow up to 80 lbs and has the 5-point harness as well. So many children are severely hurt or even killed due to their shoulder belt being behind their back because it was uncomfortable.

Now, actual car seat laws do vary from state to state so remember to check with your highway patrol for more information. Or simply type in car seat laws in in our trusted google search. Or, whatever search engine you may use.

One more very important thing - Any time you purchase a new car seat or booster get a professional to have it checked to make sure that it is installed correctly. You may feel it's out of your way and un-necessary but it's always best to know your baby is going to be safe.

Trying Large Size Bras

It has now become a need for manufacturer?s to survey busty women before they get to sewing bras. It has become a life long struggle for busty women to find a large size bras.Soon there will be a revolt when years of bottled up frustration breaks free. We are not demanding for anything big, so hear me.

The first fact, full figured women are no demanding push-up bras. In large size bras a push up bra does not exist. There are push out bras in the bigger sizes. No more efforts need be put to attract more attention to a women?s breasts if they are larger than B-cup. It will simply be overdoing it.

More than enough amount of time has been spent in making busts look bigger. If you still continue to manufacture large size bras, I think now is the time that these ladies already are endowed with large enough boobs. No more help is required from your side in this regard.

At the same time, we don?t desire to be suffocated in bras we put on. Many large size bras are manufactures so as to flatten the bust line. I found some great information at http://www.masspressreleases.com. In case of sports bra this is acceptable, but not for daily used undergarments. Large size bras are meant to be actually for large size breasts. We need ease to breathe, please.

Do also remember to decide about the actual sizes. I have noticed and done my research and found that no all cups are the same. But we still have to buy large size bras. The numbers are all your domain and I wish you all the luck you require.

The sizes are not all standardized. A D-cup for one company is a double D for another. There are even ?almost? seizes that make me all the more angry. Ultimately we will have large size bras categorized as plus and minus. Soon we will hear things like: ?I was a C-plus but I fell to C-minus.?

Ladies who have big boobs experience a lot of difficulty while shopping. Maybe large size bras are more in demand than regular full-figured ones. I hope never to find it out.

Our demands are pretty straightforward. We want a constancy and support in our large size bras. We don?t want to be asphyxiated and taken advantage of. Do give a good thought to these terms while sewing the large size bras. Same is definitely applicable to relationship between people. Nobody wants to be forced, subdued and taken for granted.

The Exciting World Of Backgammon

The Exciting World Of BackgammonSubmitted By: Gene Marshall

Internet backgammon has become this year's most popular online game and has even piqued the interest of thousands of poker fans. However, backgammon is anything but new and has been handed down through the centuries in various formats right up to the present day.

In fact, some historians believe that the backgammon board game was even played in ancient Egypt. The remains of boards bearing a striking resemblance to the backgammon board have been unearthed at several archaeological sites. Known as Senat, the game is thought to have been popular with the aristocracy in this ancient civilization.

Another earlier form of the backgammon game was known as Ludus Duodecim Scriptorum and held a popular place in Roman society. It gave way to an updated variation of backgammon in the 6th century which was when the use of dice became a popular addition to the game.

The Crusaders are most commonly credited with introducing the game of backgammon into the British Isles. It was first played in Britain in 1025, having been brought there by soldiers returning from the Crusades in Asia and the Middle East. Once backgammon arrived on England's shores, it was soon championed by the common man and gained popularity as a common tavern pastime. Early attempts to create backgammon gambling developed and were moderately successful but were quashed by the Elizabethans in the 16th century.

Modern backgammon as we know it today became a worldwide phenomenon in the 1970's. From that point on, the game was played steadily up until the late 1990's when the first online versions began to appear on the internet. Today, most reputable skill gaming sites offer some form of backgammon online, which has helped to breathe new life into one of the world's oldest board games. Along with standard versions, games offering variations on backgammon rules such as Acey-Deucey and Turkish backgammon or Tavla have become popular with backgammon fans.

Along with offering several advantages associated with online backgammon, internet gaming sites can be credited with raising the quality of the game around the world. A strong emphasis on learning backgammon strategy has developed and many websites have sprung up almost overnight, dedicated to offering tips, advice and encouragement for new players.

Amongst the advice on strategy commonly found on backgammon sites is the recommendation for players to obtain as much information as possible on their opponents' game plans. Once a new player gains an understanding of his opponent's strengths and weaknesses, along with the way in which he uses the board and the opening rolls of the die to his advantage, he is in a much better position to counteract his opponent's game plan.

Common tips that are easy to remember and simple to incorporate into a backgammon game can also be found online. An example of a useful backgammon tip is to ensure that checkers traverse the board in pairs. This makes them less vulnerable to the hits and obstructions an opponent can use to slow the pace of the game.

A Bikini Overview

Many women are a little uncomfortable wearing bikini swimwear. If you've got bulges anywhere, the bikini will show it off! But going to the beach and not focusing on yourself will reveal an essential truth: hardly anyone will be staring at your problems and, besides, no one's perfect. Even swimsuit models in the magazines and on TV have been air brushed here and there (though you are unlikely to see them at your local pool or at the beach).

Bikini swimwear is definitely a hotter item than regular swimsuits these days, judging by the selections of bikini swimwear in most stores. Most women would rather wear a two piece than a one-piece as you get more tan and can look sexy doing it. It's just that showing more skin can be embarrassing if you are less than satisfied with your body shape. Hey, that's what one-piece suits are for. You can stay with a darker color with some tummy control if needed.

There are many types of bikinis: bandeau top, halter top, triangle top, boy short bottom, Brazilian cut bottom, thong, g-string mini, mini, micro and hardly anything at all. There are bikinis for pregnant woman that use top and bottom draping to smooth the silhouette. There are mastectomy suits with insertable pad pockets.

Thong bikinis are also now very popular bikini swimwear. Thong bikinis have a strap and just a little cloth in front and behind. The top is usually very skimpy to match. If you are looking for goddess swimwear and you can bring it off ?the thong bikini is for you.

There is a whole industry with styles just for babies and toddlers. Beach prints with seashells or fishes and waves are always popular. Let's not forget the swimwear with the prints of Disney characters like Nemo from Finding Nemo or Ariel from The Little Mermaid. Two-piece suits can be worn at any age although on the very young its just cute--but not necessary. Little boys like swimwear with prints of Spiderman and the X-Men, etc.

Larger-breasted women will want something with straps or a halter?unless it is a very well fitted tube top. Most designers sell separates to match your top and bottom exactly. For smaller breasted women just make sure you buy for your breast size. Triangle tops enable you to adjust the fit somewhat. If you want to alter your breast shape, look into silicone gel bra enhancers which can be worn under your bathing suit top.

Flipping and Capital Gains

A common dilemma for real estate investors is the issue of flipping and taxes. In this article, we look specifically at the tax issues associated with flipping and capital gains.

In recent years, people have been looking at the real estate market as they once looked at the stock market, eyes filled with dollar signs. Flipping became a popular real estate investment strategy to make fast cash. However, one thing that people forgot in their haste to play the game was to be properly prepared with the knowledge to avoid paying high taxes on their profits. Towards that end, here's some noteworthy information about taxes as you think about your flipping strategy.

First, in order to avoid overly onerous "ordinary income taxes" on flipping properties you must have the property treated as a capital gain. Most often, if you sell the property in less than a year, you will be taxed at the ordinary income tax rate, which can be in excess of 35 %. Only when you've held the property for more than a year, does the long-term capital gains tax of 15 % (for most tax payers) come into play. In order to have the property treated as a capital gain you must show that you had no intention of flipping that property. Ironically, this could entail holding the property for this extended period of time which counteracts the whole point of flipping - which is to make money fast.

Also, it's not only about "when" you flip, but about "how often" you flip. If you flip too often, the IRS may view that this strategy is your "trade or business" and therefore the profits you make are subject to ordinary income and self-employment taxes. And you don't want that.

Secondly, if you want to employ other strategies to avoid big taxes like installment or structured sales or private annuity treatment while flipping, you can't. Spreading tax out doesn't work because the property is not labeled investment property. This again goes back to issue of holding periods and intention of sale.

If you are hoping to use the 1031 exchange strategy as the approach for flipping and capital gains, again you will find yourself between a rock and a hard place. 1031 exchanges are reserved for investment properties only and if you can prove, through holding periods and intention, that the property is a capital gain or investment property, you will not be eligible. The IRS supports investors and savers, not speculators and gamblers.

Once most of your tax deferral options are exhausted, your last resort for flipping and capital gains may be to have that property re-characterized to a capital gain property by moving in to it and treating it as your personal residence. It may work, but holding even longer holding periods apply.

In conclusion, flipping can be an exciting and fast way to make money. But when it comes to taxes it is hard to make flipping and capital gains work together.

The Volvo C70: The Conservative Convertible

The Volvo group has always been known more about the safety of their cars than the kind of style that their vehicles sport around. The reputation comes from Volvo's effort to increase the safety of their cars which they designed to have a boxy look. The boxy design is employed by early models of the car that is why the company is known not for the good looks of their cars.

The present though is different; the last decade has seen Volvo produce cool looking cars in an effort to catch the attention of younger buyers. An example of the Sweden-based outfit effort to produce eye pleasing design is their Volvo C70 convertible. The car is originally designed as a coupe and is converted to a drop-top which has the conservative styling of a Volvo but it still looks good.

The convertible does not offer radical designs but the drop-top configuration of this car surely commands attention. The car's attractiveness mirrors the company's drive to not only provide safe cars for the public but also good looking ones in order for them to have the younger consumers latch on - this is the group which the company is hoping will become their buyer base for many years to come.

The car employs a four-piece hardtop that gently tucks itself into the car's trunk in under 30 seconds. The precise engineering of the mechanism enables the driver to lower the top and it also makes the lowering of the top quite a sight to see.

The convertible is a four-seater affair and offers good lumbar support to all its occupants. With the top up, it feels like a coupe from the inside, not only in its looks but the way you would feel when you drive it. The rest of the interior is also a good piece of work, from its floating console which is common with newly released cars from Volvo, to its easy-to-read analog dials; the car offers convenience and comfort.

It is also loaded with safety features that only Volvo can offer. The C70 is the only convertible that has side curtain airbags; this is a testament to the company's dedication to providing safe cars no matter what the design may be.

The performance of the car is optimized by a wide array of high performance Volvo auto parts which are known for their reliability and long service lifespan. Its turbocharged engine can accelerate the car from a standstill to 60 miles per hour in roughly 7 seconds. The car's acceleration is quite remarkable given its heavy roof, the added weight of chassis stiffening components, Boron steel windshield pillars and ballistic roll-over bars. What powers the car to that remarkable acceleration is its powerplant that is a transversely-mounted 2.5 liter turbocharged engine capable of producing up to 218 horsepower at 5000 revs per minute.

The problem that is common to all convertible though is that once the top is lowered, it cuts the luggage space in half, and the Volvo C70 is no exception to that. But efforts put in the design of the convertible gives the driver a mechanism that allows him to raise the top while it is inside the trunk to permit loading of luggage underneath it before lowering it again. While this does not solve the storage space problem, it is a clever way to make the best out of the situation. Overall, the convertible is a great ride, not only does it offer good aesthetic value but also great performance, with a healthy slice of safety thrown into the mix.

Benefits of St. John's Wort

The benefits of St. John's Wort are quite remarkable. This is a very popular herb used for the treatment of anxiety, tension, irritability as well as mild to moderately severe depression.

What makes it effective?

Researchers have found that a key compound in this herb, called Hyperforin, seems to play an active role in the mood-boosting properties of St. John's Wort. Hyperforin is a phytochemical, which basically means it is a compound that comes from a plant. In the case of St. John's Wort, hyperforin is one of the active constituents that gives the plant its effectiveness as a natural antidepressant. Hyperforin and another important element, hypericin, are thought to improve the function of neurotransmitters in the brain, such as serotonin, which are linked to feelings of anxiety and depression.

St. John's Wort works differently than the common anti-depressants and anti-anxiety drugs on the market, but in some studies the plant compounds have been found to be just as effective as the chemical drugs.

Common extracts of St. John's Wort contain between three and five percent hyperforin, between three and five milligrams in a 100-milligram pill. This range is usually claimed on products containing St. John's Wort and hyperforin, but the exact percentage is difficult to standardize because different plants vary in their concentration of the phytochemical.

How long will it be before you start experiencing the benefits of St. John's Wort?

Studies involving St. John's Wort and hyperforin at five percent have been shown to affect brain activity within eight days of beginning to take the pills. But, considering that everyone?s biochemistry is different it may take a bit longer than that to feel a significant result. If you have been taking St. John?s Wort for a month to six weeks and have not seen a significant improvement this herbal remedy might not be the right for you.

St. John?s Wort Side Effects

First of all, St. John's Wort does not cause the sexual side effects or nausea that many prescription depression medications can cause.

Possible side effects of this herb include dizziness, confusion, dry mouth, sensitivity to sunlight, allergic reactions, fatigue, dry mouth and restlessness.

St. John's Wort is not recommended for treatment of severe or manic depression, but it is considered quite safe and effective for mild or moderate depression. Of course it is important that you talk to your doctor before you self-medicate, especially if you are pregnant or nursing, have HIV/AIDS or have high blood pressure or other medical problems.

Recommended Dose

St. John's Wort is widely available. The recommended dose is usually 900 milligrams daily taken in three 300-milligram increments. For best results, use a formulation that has three to five percent hyperforin. Remember, though, that herbs are not regulated by the Food and Drug Administration, so make sure you get a professionally manufactured brand. You also may want to try St. John?s Wort as a tincture or make your own herbal tea.

St. John?s Wort is just one of the most popular and effective herbal remedies for anxiety but as stated before it does not fit everybody. To learn about other safe remedies for anxiety and depression visit, top 10 natural remedies for anxiety revealed.

How Backgammon Gambling Works

How Backgammon Gambling WorksSubmitted By: Gene Marshall

Backgammon is a game that you can play at online gaming sites for fun and money. While it can be tempting to go straight for the money, a player should ensure that he has the necessary skills before competing in online tournaments. There are several ways in which you can improve your skills before you play for cash. In this article we'll take a look at some of the ways people learn about internet backgammon and how they can boost their chances of winning.

One of the easiest and most accessible resources for new players who want to improve their backgammon game is backgammon download software. This software is available for free online and can be installed directly to your PC. This means that wherever you go, you'll be able to access a free backgammon game, try out new tips and strategies and learn valuable new skills. Most importantly, you'll reap the benefits of the old saying ?practice makes perfect.? So after you've mastered all aspects of your backgammon game download, you can test yourself against real opponents with a higher level of confidence.

To find free software for downloading to your PC, simply use a reputable search engine or visit any number of backgammon forums. These sites offer free advice to gaming fans about where to play and how to find free backgammon downloads for practice.

Once you're up to speed with the game and fully conversant with all the rules and requirements, you're ready to start backgammon gambling. Backgammon offers some interesting opportunities for gambling. Firstly, it is usually a fast-paced game where quick thinking is necessary in order to counteract and deflect your opponent's attacking moves. You also need to be able to play defensively at the drop of a hat. How much a player is prepared to gamble is of course highly dependent on how solid his game of backgammon really is.

You will also need to know how the doubling cube works in a game. When you're learning about the backgammon set, you may notice that in addition to a backgammon board, die and checkers, there is also another six-sided object present which is similar in appearance to a die. This six-sided object with the numbers 2, 4, 8, 16, 32 and 64 displayed on its sides is the doubling cube. Its purpose is to represent the wager being made and to reflect its increases throughout a game.

If you are in possession of the doubling cube and you want to raise the stakes, you can offer the doubling cube to your opponent. If he refuses the cube, he automatically forfeits the game. However, if he accepts, the doubling cube serves as a reminder of how much the bet has increased. In this way, gambling in online backgammon can be highly lucrative for experienced players. When you can increase the wager up to 64 times its original size, you can see why many online gambling fans are working to improve their game of backgammon.

Why I Prefer Supply and Demand to Keyword KEI

I had an email this week from someone who asked me why I chose to use supply and demand, rather than KEI when deciding the best keywords to optimize for. I thought some may be interested in my reply. I am sure it will spark some debate, so I have my flame-proof jacket on :O)

Here it is:

Yes, KEI is a formula built from supply and demand - the exact same parameters I prefer to use individually.

Let me ask you a question.

If you had to write an article on one of the two phrases, which one would you pick and why:

Phrase 1 - eviews eddie bauer elite car seat

Phrase 2 - eddie bauer cosco high back booster 22-859

Both have a KEI of 25, so both should be equally profitable if you trust the KEI figure.

You see, my problem is that I just dont have enough information to answer that question. I want to see how many times each are searched for, and how much competition each phrase has.

As it happens, phrase 1 is searched for 3 times a day, phrase 2 is searched for 12 times a day. Sure, the competition of phrase 2 must be higher to mean they both have the same KEI, but the competition for phrase 2 is still only 16 compared to the phrase 1, single page competition.

To me, 16 pages to compete against, is not that much different to 1 page to compete against (because of the way SEO has evolved). It is no longer good enough to just include your phrase on a page and guarantee a top listing even if there is only one competing page.

Do the optimization right, and get the off-page optimization right, and there really isn't a significant difference in those two competition figures. I would expect to be #1 for both if I tried, and they would both take a similar effort to achieve.

Now which phrase would I prefer to be #1 for? Well, the second one of course, as it gets 4 times as many searches a day as the other one. Without details of supply and demand, I could not have made that decision.

At the lower competition range, KEI just doesn't do it for me.

What about phrases at the higher competition range?

Well, Wordtracker says that any KEI over 10 is a good one to optimize for, over 100 even better, and over 400 excellent.

So would a phrase with a KEI of 37.5 be one you would be interested in optimizing for? Sounds good, but what if I told you there were over 4 million competing pages?

That phrase is free credit report, and despite an apparently good KEI, I would not touch it, would you? Sure there are good rewards if you can get to #1, but there is a 99% chance you wont, no matter how hard you try.

You see, for me, there are two vital pieces of information missing - count and competition. I need to see both before I can decide if a phrase is worth targeting. I'll look at the niche I am working in, and decide on the maximum amount of competition I think I can handle, and filter out just those phrases. I'll then order my phrases with high demand at the top, and work my way down. To me, that is more logical, and KEI becomes unimportant.

Of course, with KRA, you could decide on a maximum competition figure, a minimum daily demand figure, and then order them by KEI if you preferred and work you way down the list then, but that would only be more beneficial if you felt you could not handle the upper competition levels you chose in the first place. If you assumed you could handle the competition, the KEI is irrelevant (since you don't need to factor in competition), and demand becomes the major factor.

OK, long winded, and you may not agree with me, but I have tried to explain why I dont like KEI. It just doesn't show you the full picture. Its like watching a 3d movie with an eye patch on.

Real Estate Agent Web Sites Penny Wise and Content Rich

Do you need a Realtor website that manages all your leads? One that streamlines your work for efficiency, and has the automated real estate marketing solutions you can rely on while you're busy working all your leads and clients?

Let me answer for you. Yes, you do!

Whether you're starting a new real estate agency or are looking for a new design for your real estate agent web site, some other things to consider when designing a web site include the level of support you'll receive from your site builder, the resources that a web designer offers and the search engine friendliness of your web site package.

Well designed sites allow agents to receive vital information about their visitors and facilitate immediate follow up! A few Agent and Realtor tools offered by the better sites included the following

Lead Generating Guest Book Package
VIP Home Buyer Program
Community Subdivisions
Online Home Loan Prequalification
Virtual Tours
And Much, Much More!

Many companies also offer automated email follow up systems, aka drip systems, for sales agents who wish to augment their lead follow up process with a tool that automatically stays in touch with potential customers. This is a pretty cool feature, as once you set up the email messages you can put it on automatic and it'll automatically follow-up on every lead that emails for information.

Content Is King!

Your web site should include lots of relevant content to increase your chances of being found in the search engines. You should also be able to customize titles, descriptions and keywords. And the ability to generate reports and perform FREE Auto/Manual submissions to select search engines is a must. If not you'll end up having to extra for what some web site building programs provide as a free service.

Don't have time to create content for your site? Join the club, as many other real estate agents are in the same predicament. They need web content to increase site visits and boost search engine rankings, but don't have the time to devote to everything else that they need to be doing. So, they use pre-written content, which I highly recommend!

Good Web Site Design

Good web site design is a critical element of designing a user friendly web site. The design and layout are important features that actually bring users to your site and keep them there.

A major aspect of your web site design is the web site navigation. If the navigation of your site is poor the user will leave the web site quickly, without taking the time to look at your content. If your web site is difficult to read, or has unappealing font size and colors and is otherwise unappealing the visitors may leave because of it, too. Consequently, a good, clean, simple and easily navigated web site is the best type of site to create.

Some people like to use side navigation bars to guide visitors through their sites, while others like to use navigation bars found at the top of the web site pages. But placement is not as important as consistency, so that whichever you use it is consistent and visitors will always know where to go to move to another page. I don't have a personal preference, and am usually guided by the look and feel that I want to project.

The most successful real estate agents and brokers realize the value of agency websites and are constantly working to improve them. Still, many have web sites that are difficult and costly to maintain. Some of the questions to ask are:

Should your agents have access only to certain parts of your administration panel, and not others? How will you manage listings? Are you using a Multiple Listing Service (MLS)? How Can A Real Estate Web Site Boost Your Business? These are just a few of the questions you'll have to answer as you move forward with building or improving your web site.

Summarily, the most successful real estate agents usually have lots of leads, buyers and sellers. And one lead generating system that works well is online marketing with Real Estate Agent Web Sites. They're relatively inexpensive these days, but can give a serious boost to your real estate marketing result

California Dreams

Have you ever dreamed of owning a home in California? If so, there?s never been a better time to dive right in and begin working on getting that dream home. With so many different things to think about when you begin to search for your perfect home, sometimes it is difficult to know where to start. But when searching in the state of California, you will be glad to know they?ve thrown out their welcome rugs and have done the dirty work of research for you.

Having put into place several programs that assist the consumer, California?s future home owners should be well equipped and armed with knowledge before they set out on their real estate venture for the home of their dreams. Lightweight Backpacks How Light?

How light is light? Lightweight backpacks weigh less than three pounds, a standard I just invented. There are good packs under three pounds for almost all types of trips. My own Golite backpack weighs just 14 ounces, and has a capacity of 2900 cubic inches, plus 1000 more in the extension collar. It's more comfortable than any frame pack I've used, but then I don't carry more than 20 pounds in it.

The mesh outer pockets are a great idea. I stuff my wet tarp in the large one in the morning, where it's easy to take out to dry later. I've had my GoLite for ten years. I've used it from the rain forest to glaciers at 20,600 feet on two trips to Ecuador, as well as in the Rockies, the Smokies, and in Michigan. Packed right, it qualifies as carry-on when I fly (I don't like to check luggage).

My next pack will probably be the tougher GoLite Gust, which weighs 20 ounces. I just read seven reviews, all of them praising the pack. One reviewer used it for the weekend with a 27-pound load, so a lightweight backpack doesn't have to be light-duty.

Using Frameless Lightweight Backpacks

Like mine, many lightweight backpacks don't have frames. I use a sleeping pad for a frame, as is recommended. Some backpackers just put the pad in the backpack loosely rolled, with everything inside it. I've found a better way.

Take a closed-cell pad, like the cheap blue ones, and cut it across, halfway through the foam, on opposite sides. You can accordion it into a three layer thick (2 cuts) or four layer thick (3 cuts) back-padding frame. The hinges thus created last a long time. Put the pad in the pack, (against your back) and load everything in behind it.

Other Backpack Options

If you want lightweight AND cheap backpacks, start experimenting. I've used an old aluminum pack frame and large duffle bag, to create a full-suspension pack that weighs just two pounds. Though it carried loads well in the mountains of Montana, it wasn't the most convenient to use. By the way, it is lighter than any frame pack I've ever seen advertised. The 8-ounce duffle works okay as a backpack by itself too.

I recently bought a lightweight backpack at Walmart. It weighs six ounces, and it is actually comfortable. It's a daypack, but large enough for overnight hikes, since I travel really light. It cost just four dollars. Lighweight backpacking gear isn't always expensive.

Understanding Your Real Estate Market

Real estate is a constantly moving market. It can quickly change from a buyer's to a seller's market seemingly overnight. No matter what the conditions where when you purchased your home, they may not be the same now. Real estate values change by the season, and sometimes more often than that.

If you are looking to buy or sell, you need to look at your area's market. Not the national market, but your neighborhood specifically. Real estate is a regional thing. While the nation may be slowing down, you may be in an area where things are starting to pick up a bit.

Look to see if homes are selling quickly. Are new families moving into your area? Are homes on the market for a long time? Is there a lot of traffic at homes for sale? Are homes being improved and sold? Are property values going up?

If you see the above things, chances are that you will have an easy time selling your home -- given that it is well maintained and reasonably priced.

But don't worry about the market too much. No matter what is going on around you , there is a buyer for your home. It just takes a little time and the right price. If you are in an area experiencing a buyer's market, you should make your home as attractive as possible.

Another plus to a buyer's market is that when you in return are looking to buy a home, you will hold the upper hand a bit. You may not have to pay as much for your new home as prices may have gone down. When buying or selling, there are advantages to each side of each type of market.

As a homeowner, you are best protected from the ups and downs of the market by keeping your home well maintained. Keep in mind that you probably won't own the home forever. Work to pay down your mortgage and build your equity as quickly as possible.

Markets are always changing. If you find that the market conditions in your area are not so favorble to selling right now, perhaps you can wait. They will change given a little time.

Bras What Bra Size Do I Really Wear

Sizing is everything! The most important factor in buying a bra is knowing your exact bra size. Bra Sizing can be determined by taking a few easy measurements. Begin by wearing your best fitting bra (unpadded and not a minimizer bra). You also need a soft measuring tape and a mirror (otherwise use a string and a yard stick). If possible, have someone other than yourself measure you (with your unpadded bra).

Step 1: Under Bust for Bra Band Size

Wearing your unpadded bra, hold the tape snugly around your ribcage, directly under the breast. Note the measurement in inches.

Underbust Measurement

Plus 3 if Under Bust is Odd number

Plus 4 Under Bust is an even number

= Band Size

Example 35 + 3= 38 Band Size

Example 34 + 4=38 Band Size

Step 2: Upper Bust Measurement to Verify Bra Band Size

Hold the tape snugly above the bust under the arms. Note the measurement in inches. This measurement should equal your bra band size calculation without adding inches; however, if the measurement is an odd number add an inch. Note: Larger measurement=broad back, Smaller measurement=small back.

Upper Bust (no inches added) = Lower Bust (with inches)= Band Size

Step 3: Full Bust to Determine Bra Cup Size

Hold the tape loosely around the fullest part of the bust. Do not let the tape droop in the back . Use assistance when finding your bra cup size or the help of a mirror. Subtract the bra band size from this measurement (Step 3 - Step 1).

Full Bust

Under Bust Difference =Bra Cup Size

Example: 42 (full bust) - 38 (band size)= 4 C Standard Bra Cup Size

Monopoly Tycoon Monopoly And Sims Combined

Monopoly Tycoon is Monopoly game board and SimCity combined. Derived from the classic Monopoly board game, it is the type of game most people can remember from their childhood. It has a touch of the Sims computer game, making it even livelier. It includes all basic elements of the classic Monopoly like buying and selling, paying for utilities and collecting payment for rent.

How the Game Works

However, Monopoly Tycoon deviates a bit from the classic Monopoly game. In a way, the player can already build a business on a certain property, and not just simply buy a property to start a business. A player may even lease a property and have an auction. If a player wins, his competitors who built a business on that same property will have to pay him rent. A player may also make buildings and manage businesses by setting prices, rent and stock amounts. A person can also buy out companies for a lower cost especially if he owns the block.

Monopoly Tycoon's time period is different because it begins at 1930. At the end of each day, the year moves up 5 years. And just like an ordinary day, a day in this game is worth 24 hours. At 6:00 a.m., players are required to pay the utilities. Tenants would also have to give the payment for their rents. At 9:00 a.m., the companies that operate in the day open up until 5 o'clock in the afternoon.

Everyday at 6 o'clock p.m., the companies and entertainment businesses that run during the night start operating until midnight. And then another 5 years pass by, a new day starts while the night businesses close. In this game, time moves so fast that even businesses and buildings change.

The World of Monopoly Tycoon

When Monopoly Tycoon starts in 1930, basic businesses are opened right away. These basic businesses include diners, grocery stores and clothing stores. Bakeries, cafes, clinics, book stores, toy stores, news stands, hardware stores and jewelry stores are also available. Night businesses on the other hand, include bars, cinemas, restaurants, ballrooms and theatres. And then by 1940, new concepts of businesses are opened, such as ice cream parlors, department stores, travel agents, health clubs and supermarkets.

Becoming the Top Gun

Success on each stage will depend on the player's choice of business type that the period offers. He will have to analyze each scenario according to difficulty levels. Players can either choose a single-player or a multiplayer mode. A player who chooses single player mode competes against the computer's 16 situations or scenarios in 3 levels of difficulty. If one wants to play multiplayer, he has to be connected to a network because the time in Monopoly Tycoon is continuous. This means that there is no time for switching of players on one computer.

Loyalists of the classic Monopoly board game may cautious of the number of additions and changes that have been made with the Monopoly Tycoon. There is no doubt that it is indeed a very enjoyable game. It can even become a training ground for future businessmen since this game provides the challenge that they have to face in real life.

Preserving Memories Through Scrapbook Journaling

Many of us keep picture albums, scrapbooks, and maybe even journals or diaries. Why not combine them? Scrapbook journaling is a way to record the important times of your life by keeping photos, keepsakes, and written accounts all together.
Many of us keep picture albums, scrapbooks, and maybe even journals or diaries. Why not combine them? Scrapbook journaling is a way to record the important times of your life by keeping photos, keepsakes, and written accounts all together in one album. This makes a more complete chronicle of the activities and events of your loved ones. Ideally, there could be one created for each year, highlighting the most important experiences of each family member's life. This would become a treasured keepsake.

THE JOURNAL ACCOUNT

When recording an event in your journal, make sure this information is always included:

1. Who was involved?

2. Date

3. Name of the event - Christmas dinner, little league game, family reunion.

4. Where did it take place?

5. Events that took place - the story or account of the experience.

6. Special memories or happenings of the day

Try to record the occasion as soon as possible. It is surprising how quickly you can forget the details!

KEEPSAKES TO INCLUDE

Here is just a starter list of keepsakes that could be included in your scrapbook. You will come up with many more.

1. Newspaper clippings

2. Programs, announcements

3. School papers

4. Report cards

5. Invitations

6. Letters or greeting cards

7. Menus

8. Family recipes

WHAT TO PHOTOGRAPH

There are many different types of photographs you might want to use, depending on the occasion. If it is a family affair, there would be a group photograph. Before our Christmas Eve dinners, we always get a picture of everyone around the table before we start eating. This is precious to me now, since my grandparents and father have all passed away.

You might want to include pictures of your daughter and her date in their prom attire, your son's little league team and individual picture, or your children in their pajamas on Christmas morning. How about grandparents or great-grandparents with your children? One of my most treasured pictures is a black and white portrait of my newborn son and my ninety-year old grandmother holding him while he slept. It is priceless to me! The black and white made it look even more vintage style.

EXAMPLES OF EVENTS TO RECORD

The possibilities of events to capture are endless. You will enjoy coming up with ideas. Here are a few to start with:

1. New School Year

Take a picture of your kids before they leave with their new clothes and backpacks. Make sure you write the grade and date in your journal. Who was their teacher? Who were their best friends at the time? How did they feel about going to school? Keep samples of their papers from school the first day.

2. Christmas

Take individual and group photos of family members and friends in attendance. Write out the dinner menu. Have each person who prepared food write out their recipe in their own handwriting and sign their name. These could be copied and compiled for your album. What special traditions do you have? How did your children react? Write about the day in story form.

3. Little League

Include individual and team pictures in their uniforms. Who were their coaches? What were the names of their teammates? What position did they play? Were there any special moments or great plays? Any newspaper clippings?

4. Prom

Have prom photos from home and from the dance. The school usually hires a photographer to take professional pictures. Who was your son or daughter's date? Where was it held? What was the theme? What was the favorite song of the evening?

Your imagination can go on and on with ideas to celebrate and record.

MORE TIPS

As much as possible, make copies of everything. Get duplicate photos, copy your written account of the event, photocopy programs or other keepsakes if you can. In this way, you can have a scrapbook journal for different family members who would be interested in having it. Many scrapbook suppliers even have theme-based backgrounds and clip art for these different occasions. These would also make a wonderful gift for Christmas or birthdays.

The objective is to capture the year in the lives of your family members by combining photographs, keepsakes, and written memoirs. By recording events, holidays, and special occasions in this way, you will have a precious gift for all of your family members. You will be preserving memories, and it will become more valuable with each passing year.

Mothers Beware The Plight Of Stay At Home Dads!

When a simple trip to the grocery store turns into a diaper emergency, who will stay at home / work at home dads turn to? This dad agrees that it's NOT Oprah or Martha!

As I was wandering through the produce section of the local Super Market, a misplaced odor wafted through the air. No, it was not the musk of rotting tomatoes, it was the distinct perfume which emanated from my infant son's diaper. Immediately, I sprung into action to assess the situation. I lifted my son from the car seat (placed precariously on the cart handle and the ig boy seat) and noticed immediately that my usual sniff & pat test would prove redundant. The evidence was in plain sight - we had a blow out.

After gently placing him back into the seat, I scurried off to the Men's room in effort to mitigate further damage and begin the clean up process. To my, and my son's, dismay there was no diaper changing station. Now I know what you may be thinking - this store simply does not cater to parents in general.

Perhaps they are equal opportunity offenders, giving neither moms nor dads recourse when nature calls a bit too aggressively for their children. In this case the answer is a resounding NO. As I was peeling the Onsie off my son (now perched on the tailgate of my truck) a similar, albeit much less messy incident came to mind that happened the previous week. I was with my wife at the time and she had the honor of changing him, a project that went without a hitch as the women's room came fully equipped with a well-stocked changing station.

They will surely receive a letter about this!

And to whom can a stay at home / work at home dad voice this injustice? Oprah? Martha? No, not this heterosexual, Caucasian man! That type of behavior is grounds for immediate revocation of my Man Card.

Such is the plight of the work at home / stay at home dad.

Just staying home isn't an option either; there is not much to stay home for. For decades, daytime television has been taken over by touchy-feely talk shows, soaps, and feminine product commercials. Where are thehunti ng and fishing shows? What about sports? A good football game would be a great way to break up the barrage of snotty noses and dirty diapers. Speaking of diapers, I would probably wear one too so I wouldn't miss any of the game! Sorry dads but aside from the occasional one o'clock baseball game I am afraid the only action we can look forward to is a cat fight on The View.

However all is not lost! The fight for parental equality has begun and I promise not to quit until every Men's room is equipped with a baby changing station (preferably with NASCAR logos on it) and Hugh Hefner hosts his own talk show every day at 3 PM. All my strength for this cause is drawn from the example set by many nameless, yet brave, women that blazed the trail of equality many decades ago. Women have successfully juggled career and family for ages, now is the time for us dads to be able to prove ourselves up to the same challenge!
